Parent Information Sessions
We hold whole-school information sessions each semester to keep parents and carers informed about student progress, curriculum content, and future directions. These sessions provide opportunities to understand the learning journey and ask questions about educational goals and expectations.
Communication Between School and Home
We value open and transparent communication with parents, carers, and the wider community and maintain an open-door policy whenever possible. However, to respect teachers' preparation time and commitments, we ask that appointments be made in advance for non-urgent matters. Teachers are typically unavailable for unscheduled discussions before school and may have other commitments after school hours.

For inquiries related to your child’s learning, we encourage communication with their class teacher via email. Please check with the teacher to confirm preferred contact methods.
School Newsletter
Our school newsletter is published regularly to keep parents and carers informed about school events, student achievements, important dates, and other community news. We aim to be an environmentally responsible school and provide parents, guardians, and community members with the option to receive the newsletter electronically via email or download it from our website. Hard copies are available upon request.
Parent and Community Engagement through the P&C
Our Parents and Citizens (P&C) Association plays an integral role in fostering communication and collaboration between the school and the community. P&C meetings provide a forum for parents and carers to engage with school leadership, ask questions, and contribute to discussions on school improvements. The Principal shares updates through a report at each meeting, ensuring parents are informed about school priorities and current initiatives. P&C meetings are also a key platform for sharing information about upcoming fundraising activities and how parents can get involved to support the school’s goals.

Report Cards and Parent-Teacher Interviews
At the end of each semester, detailed report cards are issued to inform parents and carers of their child’s academic progress and development across all curriculum areas. Written comments are provided for English, Maths, and Science, along with an overall summary to help parents understand their child's achievements and areas for growth. Following the release of report cards, parents are encouraged to schedule a parent-teacher interview to discuss their child's progress with the class teacher and address any questions or concerns.
